I am a paralegal within the Corporate and Commercial department, where I support the team across a variety of corporate matters and transactions. My role includes assisting with the preparation and review of legal documents, carrying out legal research and providing support throughout the lifecycle of matters.
I graduated with an LLB (Hons) in Law with Business from Nottingham Trent University and subsequently undertook a year-long SQE 1 and SQE 2 preparatory course . I am now working towards completing the SQE and qualifying as a solicitor, while continuing to develop my practical experience and build my career within corporate and commercial law
