As an Associate in the Employment team, I advise my clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment law issues. I represent both Claimants and Respondents at Tribunal, as well as draft and advise on settlement agreements, employment contracts and consultancy agreements whether for individuals, businesses or schools.
I enjoy building relationships with my clients as I advise them on internal processes and procedures and claims for unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing.
After qualifying as a solicitor in 2022, I have continued to take a pragmatic and commercially focussed approach to my work, in order to achieve the best outcome for my clients.
