As a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Family Team at BPE, I handle all aspects of family law, including divorce, financial matters, and children’s arrangements. I have experience with cases involving business structures and international properties, and I also have had involvement in assisting families who are unable to agree matters in relation to their children, whether that be issues surrounding who their children should live with or when children should spend time with their non-resident parent. I have dealt with complex cases involving Fact Finding Hearings, intractable disputes, change of residence and those requiring the need for a rule 16.4 Guardian and further expert involvement.
I particularly enjoy advocacy, representing clients at court hearings, which allows me to provide deeper insights into their cases. I aim to help clients navigate difficult times with realistic advice and a focus on their best interests.
