Commercial Property
I joined BPE in 2000, just as they moved to St James House, straight from studying Law and Psychology at University. After a few years dealing with C&G re-mortgages, BPE sponsored me through my Cilex Training. After 4 years of exams - at one time sitting 5 exams in one day whilst pregnant! - I qualified as a Legal Executive in 2016. I have worked within the Commercial Property Team since 2015.
I focus on post completion work within the Commercial Property team. I deal with complex SDLT and LTT queries, ensuring that no deadline is missed. Having worked with the Land Registry for over 8 years, I have an in-depth knowledge of their processes and procedures and enjoy working with them to ensure that registrations are dealt with efficiently. I enjoy the transactional nature of Commercial Property and that no case is the same.
