I am a Trainee Solicitor, in my third seat in the Commercial Property Team. I assist fee earners with title investigations, drafting and negotiating contracts and leases, conducting due diligence, and property related matters in corporate transactions.
I joined BPE in May 2024 as a paralegal in the Corporate Team. I started my training contract in March 2025. I have completed seats in Corporate and Employment. During my time in the Corporate Team, I assisted fee earners with a range of transactions for both private and public companies including acquisitions, sales and AIM floatations. In the Employment Team I assisted fee earners with both contentious and non-contentious matters, such as advising on disciplinary procedures, holiday pay matters, TUPE queries, drafting contracts and policies, and assisting with Employment Tribunal claims.
