As a Partner and Head of the Corporate and Commercial team at BPE, I oversee the work of the department and am involved in each matter that we undertake.
As a specialist corporate lawyer, I advise on a wide range of transactions, including AIM IPOs, takeovers, placings, company restructures, private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions. I also work with private and public companies, charities, entrepreneurs, investors and management teams across a broad range of industry sectors, with a particular interest in MedTech and Cyber.
Outside of BPE, I am an elected member of the Law Society Council (representing Gloucestershire and Wiltshire), a committee member of Gloucestershire and Wiltshire Law Society and former Chair of Cheltenham & Gloucester Junior Lawyers Division.
