My experience of corporate and company law practice is extensive, having worked on matters regarding mergers and acquisitions, group reorganisations, banking and finance, share schemes, and advising shareholders and directors.
I pride myself on providing clear and effective solutions to what are often legally complex and strategically important issues.
I also hold a post-graduate diploma in competition law from King’s College, London and have successfully obtained clearance in CMA merger enquiries.
