He has a wealth of experience acting as trusted advisor for businesses and their owners, including for nationally and internationally recognised brands. Laurence prides himself on providing clear and effective solutions to his clients who are often facing legally complex and strategically important issues.
Laurence has a broad corporate and company law practice that includes mergers and acquisitions, group reorganisations, banking and finance, share schemes, and advising shareholders and directors.
Laurence also has a post-graduate diploma in competition law from King’s College, London and has successfully obtained clearance in CMA merger enquiries.
