I have worked in HR since 1994, firstly in a retail setting before moving to professional services for a leading national law firm in 2012.
I joined BPE in 2025 as Head of HR, a position that allows me to use my vast experience of people to help to support the brilliant, entrepreneurial culture around me.
I am also a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.
