Natalie is an Associate in the Commercial Litigation team and practices in a broad area of disciplines including both residential and commercial property disputes, professional negligence, contentious probate, and general commercial contract disputes.
In relation to commercial property, Natalie deals with the litigation side of lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, forfeiture advice and the preparation and service of break notices.
Natalie also regularly acts on behalf of Claimants in relation to professional negligence cases against solicitors and surveyors and has been a member of the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association (PNLA) since 2023.
As well as the above, Natalie also has experience with contested wills, estates and trusts claims, including challenges to the validity of wills and claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.
Natalie takes a straightforward and commercial approach when conducting Litigation and provides clear, strategic and practical advice for the benefit of her clients.
