I specialise in Property Investment for the logistics sector. As such I tend to work for companies with property portfolios reaching into the £20 million bracket or more. My clients are investors in commercial property, and I act for logistics companies in landlord and tenant issues, helping them manage their portfolios.

Particular challenges for clients include meeting very tight timescales, and dealing with VAT issues. I work closely with them to help them realise their objectives.
