As a Trainee Solicitor in the Corporate team, I support senior members of the department to advise on private acquisitions for both buyer and seller. This includes drafting board minutes, conducting due diligence and attending meetings.
The sheer breadth of work the Corporate team does means that no two days are the same and I am exposed to learning opportunities every day.
