I became Chief Operating Officer at BPE in April 2026 after nearly 30 years with the firm.
Since joining as an Office Junior in 1996, I have had the opportunity to grow my career alongside the business, moving into the Finance team as a Legal Cashier.
While working, I studied with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and became the firms Management Accountant in 2005.
Today, I oversee all of the firm's financial and operational functions, helping to ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Having worked across the business for almost three decades, I bring a deep understanding of the firm, its people and its culture, and I am proud to play a role in supporting its ongoing success.
