In this article, Ruby Jaremko discusses the ‘ABCs’ of Will making so you can get the most out of your initial meeting.
As a Senior Associate in the Private Wealth team, I act for private individuals, executors and trustees. I advise on all areas of private client law, including Wills and powers of attorney; estate planning; creating, administering, restructuring and terminating trusts; and I help my clients understand and deal with inheritance tax and capital gains tax.
I often act for business owners or clients with interests in cross-border estates and enable clients to resolve difficult family situations. I also support our Litigation team in dealing with Will disputes and contested probates.
I qualified as a solicitor in 1998 after studying at the University of Exeter and completing the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, York.
