I am in the third seat of my training contract with BPE, in the Commercial Litigation team. The work in this division is extremely varied and no two days are the same. The work is challenging and varied, including a wide range of high value, complex commercial disputes, intellectual property disputes (including cross-border and multi-jurisdictional infringements), company and shareholder disputes and professional negligence claims.

Prior to commencing my training contract, I had supported multiple teams within the firm as a paralegal. Working with different teams enabled me to gain a real understanding of the ethos and approach to work that BPE staff have. The open plan office supports this forward-thinking firm in creating a real sense of community.

In my free time, I enjoy playing netball and my team have recently been promoted to the Premier Division in Gloucestershire.
