I look after the commercial property interests for a variety of clients including SIPPs, sole traders, and corporate entities both on an investment and owner/occupier basis.
My experience extends across sale and acquisitions of commercial property (including offices, shops, restaurants, and warehouses) leases (new leases, renewals, sublettings and surrenders) and secured lending matters. I also have experience of providing assistance to my corporate colleagues in share and asset acquisitions and disposals where there is a property element involved in the transaction.
I enjoy acting on behalf of entrepreneurial clients, particularly those that are starting up a business or chasing a lifelong dream; being a part of the process of assisting those clients in obtaining a commercial property to base and operate their new venture is a rewarding aspect of my role.
