BPE Solicitors is delighted to announce that Partner Kathryn King, Head of our Corporate and Commercial team, has been shortlisted in the Emerging Dealmaker category of the Insider South West Dealmakers Awards 2025.
The prestigious Insider South West Dealmaker Awards celebrates the leading figures that have played a role in driving forward investment, relationships and external interest in the South West region. Having been part of the team who won the Corporate Law Firm of the Year Award back in 2023, Kathryn is looking to add to her repertoire as an individual under 35 who has reflected the ‘ability to create value and innovate’ within her field.
As BPE’s youngest ever Partner, Kathryn has played a pivotal role in pushing BPE to reach new heights, establishing herself as a trusted adviser amongst clients, investors, and fellow professionals. Her strategic input and proactive approach have fostered strong relationships with firms and individuals across the UK, Canada, and the US, cementing her position as a key player in both the region and beyond.
Having led a number of significantly complex and strategic deals this year - including the sale of Creed Catering Supplies Limited to Kitwave Group PLC, an AIM Reverse Takeover of EARNZ PLC and Sale of Gemba Advantage Ltd to Actica, amongst many others – Kathryn has once again proved that her expertise and technical ability sets her apart from her competitors.
