Are you a skilled and motivated Commercial Lawyer looking for your next opportunity? We are looking to grow our team and are seeking an experienced legal professional to join our dynamic team, specializing in all aspects of Commercial law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing caseloads efficiently while maintaining a high standard of client service

• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts (supply, distribution, agency, IP licensing, SaaS, etc.)

• Advising on data protection, consumer law, and regulatory compliance

• Supporting corporate transactions and cross-border commercial arrangements

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external counsel to deliver pragmatic legal solutions

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE

• Strong knowledge of Commercial procedures and regulations

• Strong drafting and negotiation skillsExcellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• A proactive, client-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple matters independently.
