Their latest venture, the Cleevelands Centre in Bishops Cleeve, is a prime example of their proactive approach to retail development.
Having previously advised Warner’s Retail on the acquisition of the site in 2020 and later on the development of their state-of-the-art retail centre in February 2023, the BPE Commercial Property team was delighted to assist once again, securing leases for the final two ground floor units.
The Cleevelands Centre, which is made up of a supermarket, multiple retail units, a gym, medical treatment rooms, and a fast electric vehicle charging station, is a vital addition to the growing Bishops Cleeve area. With a prominent location near the new medical centre just off the A435 Evesham Road, the site is set to be a bustling retail hub.
Senior Associate Georgiana Applegate, working closely with KBW Property Consultants, assisted closely throughout the financing and development stages, as well as finalising the pre-lets, culminating in full occupancy of the site.
