There's no business like Snow Business

Over 50 delegates got the chance to see inside the hub of Stroud based company Snow Business last week, when they attended the first RePLY networking event of the year.

Hosted by BPE Solicitors and Randall & Payne Chartered Accountants, the event gave attendees the chance to hear about the exciting work Snow Business do, as world leaders in snow and winter effects, before watching a fascinating snow workshop and networking with others from businesses based in Stroud and The Five Valleys.

“This was a great way to kick off the new year of RePLY events”, commented Cheryl Leigh, Partner at BPE Solicitors. “Snow Business is just one example of the amazing, diverse companies that make up the DNA of Stroud and The Five Valleys – it’s brilliant to have places like these on our doorstep.”

Snow Business has been transforming Hollywood film sets, creating beautiful adverts and turning corporate events into winter wonderlands for over 30 years. They’ve worked on big budget blockbusters such as Bridget Jones’s Diary, Die Another Day and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, as well as recent TV adverts like Sainsbury’s official Christmas ad for 2014.

Randall & Payne Client Director, Rob Case said, “We aim to keep the RePLY events fresh, by using different venues each time. It was really interesting to visit Snow Business and find out more about how they create the effects we see all the time on TV, Film and at events.”

The RePLY networking events take place on a quarterly basis at different venues across Stroud and The Five Valleys. They offer attendees the chance to find out more about local businesses, as well as network with likeminded professionals. The next event will be taking place in April, with details to be announced shortly. If you would like to be put on the mailing list for this event, please contact Tamsin Phillips.
