BPE Solicitors' advises on care home merger
Gloucestershire law firm BPE Solicitors has recently advised Lilian Faithfull Homes, a Cheltenham-based charity providing care and support to the elderly in the county, on the acquisition of Resthaven Nursing Home.
Lilian Faithfull Homes has been delivering care in Gloucestershire for more than 70 years. Now caring for 300 residents with 450 staff in six homes, it is one of the largest charities and providers of care in the county.
With the addition of Resthaven Nursing Home in Stroud, the charity has six properties in the county including Faithfull House and nursing care home St Faith’s.
Jo Bewley, Commercial Property Partner at BPE, led the deal, assisted by Louise Grzasko, Senior Associate.
