BPE acts for Garlands Corporate in acquisition of Eventurous
Gloucestershire law firm BPE Solicitors has acted for Garlands Leisure Ltd, provider of corporate team building events and development programmes, in its acquisition of Eventurous in a deal that sees Garlands expand its offering to include off-site event management and delivery.
Garlands Leisure Ltd, trading as Garlands Corporate, operates both team building and leadership development programmes at its Mythe Barn and Mythe Farm locations on the Warwickshire-Leicestershire border. Working with corporate clients to organise activities from archery to quad bikes for team building and corporate fun days, Garlands has a reputation for delivering excellent events for a range of businesses. Eventurous is a specialist provider of team building events at venues across the UK and has almost three decades of experience in designing and delivering events to suit the requirements of its clients.
Both will continue to trade as separate entities, working in parallel to provide corporate events throughout the country.
