BPE invests in new talent

Career development continues to be a top priority at BPE Solicitors with the announcement of two newly qualified Solicitor appointments and two new training contracts.

Tom Christie and Sarah Dent join the firm’s Commercial Property and Commercial teams respectively following completion of their training.

Having graduated from the University of Swansea, Tom joined BPE in 2014 as a Paralegal in the Commercial Property team. During his training he gained experience working across the Employment, Corporate and Litigation teams.

Sarah Dent is a new addition to the Commercial team having completed her fourth and final seat of training as part of the same team. Sarah joined as a trainee in 2016 after graduating from the University of Wales, Bangor and has also completed seats in the Property, Science and Technology, Corporate and Commercial teams.

Two new Trainees have also joined the Top 200 law firm. Natalie Ball joins from Charles Russell Speechlys where she was working as a Paralegal. Samantha Silsby completed her Legal Practice Course earlier this year and has most recently been working as a Paralegal at Pinsent Masons.

BPE’s Senior Partner, John Workman, said: “Being able to support people as they enter the legal profession has always been something we’re passionate about. We’re delighted that Tom and Sarah’s hard work has paid off and they are now fully qualified members of the team. The strong grounding they’ve had across different parts of the business as part of their training will hopefully stand them in good stead as they embark on their careers.

“We are also delighted to welcome Natalie and Samantha to BPE. We pride ourselves on our supportive and encouraging culture and hope that this is something which will help them with their ongoing development.”
