Good Divorce Week 2018 Conclusion

Today marks the end of Resolutions Good Divorce Week 2018 although the campaign for a fairer Family Justice System continues.

We hope that you have taken the opportunity to have your say by completing the consultation this week. It is hoped by many Family Law Specialists, including ourselves, that the introduction of a no fault divorce will help to avoid cases like Owens v Owens where Mrs Owens is currently unable to divorce her husband despite unhappiness within her marriage.
