Did you Know?

Following the introduction of the new divorce law in April of this year, the ability to ‘blame’ the other has been removed. This is to promote a more amicable separation and as a result, the ability to apply for a divorce on a joint basis has been introduced. This is a positive step forward as it enables both parties to be jointly involved in each stage of the application and to start and end the process on an equal footing.
