BPE Solicitors has advised longstanding client Select Technology Group on its acquisition of eight iStore retail locations across the south of England, together with the iStore.co.uk domain.
The acquisition marks another significant milestone in Select Technology Group's continued expansion across the UK and Ireland, increasing its retail network to 52 locations and strengthening its position as the UK's only Apple Premium Partner. This premium designation is reserved for Apple specialists who meet the highest standards of retail experience and customer service, while offering customers a level of support and engagement beyond that of a traditional partner.
The deal also represents the third acquisition BPE has supported Select Technology Group with over the past 18 months, reflecting the firm's ongoing role in delivering the group's ambitious growth strategy.
The transaction will see the eight stores and iStore.co.uk integrated into the Select brand over the coming months, while ensuring continuity for customers and employees.
The BPE team was led by Laurence Twiselton, Partner in the Corporate team, alongside solicitors in the team Sarah Lungley and Ellee Docksey. The team was also supported by Thomas Christie (Partner in the Commercial Property team) and Emily Arnold (Associate in the Employment team).
