National Family Mediation week starts on 27th January and like last year the Family Mediation Council is hosting a number of free webinars open to mediators, lawyers and the public. Topics include a presentation on hybrid mediation, the benefits of attending a Mediation Information and Assessment Meeting (MIAM), the importance of child-inclusive mediation and information on research findings regarding mediation.

Family mediation continues to offer a safe and supportive option for couples to come and discuss their financial settlement and child arrangements with the assistance of an impartial mediator and avoid the uncertainties of the court process.”
