BPE Solicitors LLP has advised Integrity 365 Limited on its acquisition of the business of Brooks Wealth Management LLP, a transaction that strengthens Integrity 365’s growing presence in the independent financial advisory market.
The deal enables Integrity 365 to expand its client portfolio, increase assets under management and integrate the Brooks Wealth Management team and brand into its broader advisory offering.
BPE’s Corporate and Commercial team, led by Senior Partner John Workman, advised on all legal aspects of the transaction, including deal structuring, regulatory considerations, TUPE requirements, due diligence and the earn-out mechanics underpinning the agreement. John was supported by BPE’s Employment specialists to ensure the transaction aligned with Integrity 365’s commercial objectives and regulatory frameworks.
