Cheltenham based BPE Solicitors has acted for Klira Ltd since its first Pre-Seed Round funding and has recently acted for the company on its first Seed funding round, marking a significant step for the company.
Klira is a new tele-dermatology service launching in the UK later this year that will deliver next-generation skin analysis and prescription formulas to those seeking a fact-based, bespoke approach to skincare in order to achieve better results.
Corporate Partner Adam Kean, with assistance from Chris Aldridge (Employment Partner) and Philippa Kean (Corporate Paralegal), worked closely with Sophie Kerbegian (CEO of Klira Ltd) and her team to secure the investment from Venrex Investment Management LLP.
