The acquisition of NexGen Insurance Solutions, known for their client focus, quality insurance advice and extensive knowledge of the construction industry, gives Partners& a permanent presence in Kent and enhances the company’s offering in the Southeast of England.
Head of corporate, Adam Kean (Partner) with assistance from Ben Adams (Associate) and Philippa Kean (Paralegal), worked closely with Phil Barton (CEO of Partners&) and his team to ensure the success of the transaction.
