Amy McCormick joins Cheltenham-based BPE Solicitors’ Corporate team as a Solicitor.
She will work closely with Partner Adam Kean on private transactions including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and private equity investments.
Having worked in Cheltenham for the past three years, Amy has a solid understanding of the business landscape in Gloucestershire and will be an excellent legal advisor to clients.
