The Commercial Property team at BPE Solicitors, led by Partner, Paul Englebrecht, are delighted to have assisted Karndean Designflooring in relation to a new purpose-built premises at Vale Park, Evesham. The new 101,000 sq ft unit will provide warehousing and office space, targeting an EPC “A” rating and BREEAM “excellent”, and will expand Karndean’s existing presence at Vale Park.
Site construction has already begun, following receipt of planning consent for the impressive new unit.
BPE Solicitors advised Karndean on its Agreement for Lease (dealing with planning permission, collateral warranties, the Landlord’s build works and Karndean’s fit-out works), as well as the Lease itself.
