The Corporate team at Cheltenham based BPE Solicitors has advised Claire Galer, CEO of UK-based equestrian underwear brand, Derriere Equestrian Ltd (“Derriere”) on its sale to entrepreneur Laura Thyer.
Claire launched Derriere in 2014 and it became the first equestrian undergarment range in the world to provide effective and stylish riding underwear that offered comfort and protection at a technical level.
Partner Adam Kean, along with Angharad Doyle (Associate) and Chelsea Silsby (Legal Assistant) advised Claire on every element of the sale, from the initial plans for sale and preparing contracts, through to the final minute details of the agreement which will see Laura (who is already a brand ambassador and Finance Director) take the reins.
