The Commercial Property team at BPE Solicitors, and lead client adviser Partner Paul Engelbrecht, have congratulated building company Aqua Construction following its delivery to Gloucester City Homes of The Robinswood development on Matson Avenue, Gloucester. This is the 20th successfully completed and delivered Aqua and Gloucester City Homes project - which together have now produced 156 new homes in 6 years.
The 10 new homes at The Robinswood are built to a high quality and deliver excellent energy-efficiency. They are also importantly available as affordable housing.
Aqua Construction have recently celebrated 25 years in business and this project represents just the latest in its delivery of new homes to Gloucester City Homes. Work is already under way on the next.
Paul, of BPE Solicitors, advised Aqua Construction on the purchase of the land and the onward sale to Gloucester City Homes which completed once the “Golden Brick Milestone” had been achieved. Paul said “It is absolutely fantastic to see the partnership between Aqua Construction and Gloucester City Homes continue to develop. Together they are successfully delivering housing in much-needed areas where affordability is absolute key, and it is a privilege to be a part of that”.
