BPE Solicitors’ Corporate Team assist Parity Group PLC to complete the disposal of Parity Professionals Limited in £3 Million deal

The Corporate team at BPE Solicitors were delighted to successfully complete the disposal of Parity Professionals Limited.

The firm acted as legal counsel for AIM-listed Parity Group PLC in the disposal of Parity Professionals Limited, the Company's primary operating subsidiary, to Network Ventures Limited (part of the Pertemps Group) for up to £3 million.
