Dear Bump provides support from pregnancy to post-partum, access to midwives and wellbeing gift boxes. One of the most invaluable elements of the support offered is for pregnancies which end in loss. Every member of staff at BPE has access to this benefit which is available to both pregnant employees and those who have pregnant partners.
