Helen Cankett, Partner and Team Leader of BPE Solicitors’ highly successful Family team has been appointed a Deputy District Judge.
Helen will sit on the Western Circuit in both the Civil and Family jurisdictions and bring over 20 years’ experience in the law to her judicial role.,.
Helen will combine her busy practice as a Partner at BPE, acting for her clients in a compassionate, discreet way alongside her part-time judicial duties.
On her new appointment, Helen said “It is a huge privilege to be appointed as a Deputy District Judge. This has been a goal of mine for many years and I am excited to begin this new step in my career”.
