BPE Solicitors’ Corporate team has acted for award winning technology and investment solutions business Parmenion on its recent acquisition of ebi Portfolios Ltd (“ebi”), supporting the business’s ambitious growth strategy.
The acquisition will see ebi continue to operate under the ebi brand and will bring significant growth opportunities for both organisations and will augment Parmenion’s existing portfolio of leading wealth managers.
