I help businesses from sole traders to PLC’s dealing with the things that matter to them. This can include defending Employment Tribunal claims, advising on capability and sickness absence procedures, and helping managers and HR functions to navigate difficult issues such as redundancies and restructures.

I am frequently instructed to draft Settlement Agreements, contracts of employment and Service Agreements. I focus on building relationships and giving straightforward advice.
