BPE Solicitors’ Corporate team and Hazlewoods Corporate Finance team recently advised FAUN Zoeller UK, a specialist manufacturer and supplier of municipal waste management vehicles and systems, on its acquisition of Manchester-based manufacturing company, C.P. Davidson & Sons Ltd.
The acquisition of C.P. Davidson & Sons, a ‘Mercedes-Benz Qualified Partner’, perfectly complements FAUN Zoeller UK’s strategic plan for the UK market, as they bring with them more than 60 years of British manufacturing and engineering expertise within the municipal vehicle industry.
