Cheltenham-based BPE Solicitors has acted for longstanding client Partners& on it joining forces with Direct Healthline and creating a strategic partnership with advo Group.
The move provides a boost to the existing employee benefits proposition, enhancing Partners&’s ability to provide clients with the support they need to ensure their employees are happy and healthy in their jobs.
Corporate Partner Adam Kean, with assistance from Associate Angharad Doyle, worked closely with Phil Barton (CEO of Partners& Group) and his team to ensure the transaction with Richard Skeates (Director of Direct Healthline) and the shareholders of Direct Healthline went smoothly. Meanwhile Chris Aldridge and Natalie Hopkins lent their expertise to the Employment and Commercial Property elements of the transaction.
BPE’s Corporate team has previously acted for Partners& several times, advising on a significant investment from private equity firm Capital Z Partners and the subsequent acquisition of nine insurance advisory businesses.
