BPE’s Property Services team continues to grow as the Commercial Property and Residential Property teams each welcome a new member, bringing with them significant expertise in acting for both businesses and individuals.
Nancy Battell has joined the Commercial Property team as a Senior Associate, cementing the team’s position as one of the largest real estate specialists in Gloucestershire. She has over 17 years’ experience advising clients on commercial real estate matters and brings with her a specialism in leasehold investment transactions, office occupiers development work and secured lending.
Meanwhile Alicia Stanford-Shard re-joins the Residential Property team and will assist with residential sale and purchase transactions, helping individuals buying homes and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
