The Commercial Property team at BPE Solicitors has welcomed back Paul Engelbrecht as a Partner and Notary Public, to provide commercial and practical advice to the firm’s clients.
Paul brings with him vast experience in real estate law, advising both commercial and private individuals on property transactions from acquisitions and disposals to portfolio development and lease negotiations.
Paul also has a distinct specialism as a Notary Public and is able to validate and authenticate legal documents including Powers of Attorney and visa applications, as well as certifying commercial mortgages and bills of exchange for international finance, and authenticating intellectual property rights.
