The Corporate team at Cheltenham-based BPE Solicitors has acted for Partners& on its acquisition of Hart Insurance Brokers, an independent insurance broker and financial adviser based in Helensburgh, Scotland.
This acquisition brings new expertise to Partners&, augmenting the considerable insurance advisory offering already provided across a wide range of sectors and expanding Partners&’s client base further in Scotland.
Head of Corporate, Adam Kean (Partner) with assistance from Angharad Doyle (Senior Associate), Ben Adams (Associate) and Philippa Kean (Paralegal) worked closely with Phil Barton (Partners&) and his team to ensure the transaction went smoothly.
