The Corporate team at Cheltenham-based BPE Solicitors acted for Partners& on its acquisition of Richard Thompson Insurance Brokers (“RTIB”) and Regent Healthcare (“RH”).
Both acquisitions bring new expertise to Partners&, adding to the considerable insurance advisory offering already provided across a wide range of sectors. Additionally the acquisitions expand Partners&’s client base further into Surrey, and strengthens its presence in the Midlands.
Head of corporate, Adam Kean (Partner) with assistance from Angharad Doyle (Senior Associate), Ben Adams (Associate) and Amy McCormick (Solicitor), worked closely with Phil Barton (CEO of Partners&) and his team to ensure the transactions with RTIB and RH went smoothly. Meanwhile Chris Aldridge (Partner), Emily Arnold (Solicitor) and Natalie Betteridge (Associate) lent their expertise to the Employment and Commercial Property elements of the two transactions.
