The Team at BPE, led by Partner Paul Engelbrecht, have advised on the acquisition of Land at Over Old Road, Hartpury by Brunel Homes.
Brunel Homes are an award-winning residential development company that specialises in building luxurious and bespoke open market schemes with Gloucestershire and the Cotswolds. This latest acquisition will see Brunel Homes building 11 beautiful new homes, with garages and parking. Four of these will be delivered as affordable housing pursuant to a section 106 Agreement dated 26 November 2021.
BPE acted not only on the acquisition of the land but also advised its clients on the funding requirements and construction documentation.
