BPE Solicitors’ Commercial Property team were delighted to assist Karndean Designflooring with the lease of their new, 80,236 sq ft flagship distribution centre in Evesham, Worcestershire.
The centre is a modern, two storey set of offices that come equipped with a canteen, locker room facilities and 99kW of solar energy generated from PV panels.
The property is situated on the well-established Vale Business Park, approximately 2 miles south of Evesham town centre, and expands Karndean’s existing presence at the location.
Led by Partner, Paul Englebrecht, BPE advised Karndean on its Agreement for Lease (dealing with planning permission, collateral warranties, the landlord’s build works and Karndean’s fit-out works), as well as the lease itself. The deal - from lease to full construction - was completed in just over a year and a half.
