Two key members of staff are celebrating after being promoted.
Cheltenham-based BPE Solicitors goes from strength to strength and has announced two promotions in time for the start of its new financial year. Corporate solicitor Angharad Doyle is promoted to Senior Associate and Commercial Property partner Douglas Armstrong has been promoted to Equity Partner.
Doug, a well-liked colleague, and highly experienced property lawyer is a key member of BPE’s thriving Property team. Doug specialises in the acquisition, management, and disposal of large investment properties across the UK, working with many of BPE’s prestigious commercial property clients.
Angharad joined BPE as a Trainee in 2013, and since qualifying has become a key member of the firm’s corporate team where she advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, company restructures and share schemes. She works closely with some of the team’s key clients including Partners& and has become a trusted advisor to business owners on their growth journey.
