Trio of new trainees boosts BPE teams

BPE Solicitors has recently welcomed three new trainee solicitors, with Zaia Ndokera and George Dale joining the Commercial Property team, and Kathryn Broughton joining the Employment team.

These new appointments have taken the current number of trainees at the Cheltenham firm to 9, with another 4 due commence their contracts later this year. BPE takes on trainees twice a year, and has seen an increase from just 4 trainees in 2014. This increase underlines BPE’s commitment to cultivating talent and investing in the next generation of lawyers, while providing continued support to the team’s growing client lists.

BPE has performed well in recent years, with the business growing an impressive 17% in the past year alone. This growth, combined with a series of internal promotions, has given rise to this increase in trainees at the firm. By investing in the firm’s future in this manner, BPE is assured of a continued pipeline of staff to service its established client book
