BPE celebrates Christmas in royal style

Guests of BPE Solicitors recently enjoyed a festive treat at the networking event, the Art of Christmas, held at the Highgrove Estate, near Tetbury, the private estate of their Royal Highnesses, The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall.

The event provided guests with a taste of the produce on offer from the Highgrove Estate, with Highgrove champagne and mince pies. Susan Godding, restaurant and events manager at Highgrove then spoke to the guests, describing the garden tours that they run, and the artisan product collections available in the Estate Shop. The primary mission of Highgrove however, is to raise funds for the Prince of Wales’s Charitable Foundation, and Susan also explained a little more about the work the Foundation undertakes to award grants and support projects centred around sustainability, the built environment, responsible business and young people.

“BPE would like to offer our most heartfelt thanks to the Highgrove Estate and HRH The Prince of Wales, for allowing us to use this beautiful setting for the latest in our series of events that celebrate outstanding enterprises right here in Gloucestershire,” said Clare Young, head of the Private Wealth team at BPE.

BPE launched the Brilliance programme of events to celebrate the extraordinary achievements and diverse talents that exist and flourish within the Cotswolds. This is the second event in the series, the first was hosted by Beards Jewellers in Cheltenham, celebrating the Art of Diamonds. With this event exemplifying the Art of Christmas, the bar has remained very high in terms of the quality of the venue, the talks given and the heritage of the setting.

The third instalment of the Brilliance programme will bring focus to the Art of Travel, in conjunction with Steppes Travel, to be held in February 2017, with further events planned throughout the year.
