BPE Solicitors grows contentious probate team with new appointment

A leading Gloucestershire law firm has appointed a new solicitor to its contentious trusts and probate team, building on the specialism with Lottie Goldstone.

Contentious probate is a highly specialised area of law, and the firm, which is headquartered in Cheltenham, is pleased to see Lottie join Jonathan Sawtell-Gist in the busy team.

Joining BPE from Harrison Clark Rickerbys, she brings a wealth of experience, not only from the field of trusts and probate as a member of ACTAPS, but she is also a qualified Solicitor Advocate with Higher Rights of Audience in the Civil Courts of England and Wales and an Accredited Mediator.

John Workman, Senior Partner at BPE, commented: “It’s great to see Lottie joining us, her work in the specialist arena of contentious probate will support our burgeoning caseload in the sector. She has already made a great impression with colleagues and clients alike.”

With her experience covering several specialist areas including equine and sporting law as well as contentious probate, Lottie will primarily work within the Private Client team and will be based in Cirencester.

“My time working with equine based clients is something I look forward to bringing to BPE and growing our work in this sector,” said Lottie.

“BPE is continuing its great record of growth, and Lottie’s appointment is a sign of that progress,” said John. “We have clear plans for the firm’s future, and we’re thrilled that Lottie will be part of that”.
